FAQs

  • How are your products made?
    All of our products are designed and produced in house. This means we designed, prototyped, created, packaged, and shipped your product ourselves! Any third party products will be clearly identified on the product page as well as within the product packaging.
  • Where do the materials come from?
    A detailed list of our material sources can be found in the About section of our website, under Our Mission. We use 100% Eco-friendly and recyclable materials for all of our products, including our packaging.
  • How do I contact you if my question isn’t answered here?
    We would be happy to answer any question you have that isn't listed here. Please contact sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk with FAQ in the subject.
  • Where are you located?
    We are based in Preston, Lancashire, however we only sell online and at local craft fairs currently. Please check our socials for an up to date list of our upcoming events.
  • I need help with the instructions of my craft kit!
    We pride ourselves on making our instructions as beginner friendly as possible. We do this by including written, illustrated, and video instructions for every product. Please check your kit for your copy of written and illustrated instructions. All our video tutorials can be found on our YouTube channel. Still stuck?   • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    Changes can be made to orders up until time of shipping, which is usually within 2 working days. If you have received notification that your item has been shipped, you may request to return your product once it has been delivered by following the usual return method. Personalised and custom items cannot be changed one production has started, therefore if there is a change required you must contact us immediately to prevent any additional cost. We reserve the right to refuse or add additional charges to change confirmed orders.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. ​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ​ To start a return, you can contact us at sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk. ​ If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ​ You can always contact us for any return questions at sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk.
  • Can I exchange my product?
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    Please contact sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk and we will check the status of your order.
  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Email sophie@mindfulcraftingclub.co.uk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Where do I send my return to?
    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.   • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We cannot be held responsible for third party delays to delivery.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently we only ship to the UK. We are hoping to expand this in future. If you would like to keep up to date with our shipping territories, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media.
